Read full description of the books The Lion's Bride:Another gem by Connie Mason. Again a historical romance about two enemies who fall in love after an arranged marriage. Heroine was your typical Connie Mason heroine. Fierce, sassy and stubborn. She fought her feelings hard but Lion was one persistent sexy alpha hero. Evil OM and evil OW were a delight. I loved that both hero and heroine were super jealous and possessive. I loved the ending. It was heartbreaking how Lion almost died without knowing how much his wife loved him and that she was pregnant with their first child. I loved how Ariana stayed by his side how she mourned for him and how her love healed him. So emotional, passionate and touching. I adore Connie Mason.
By the way even after his marriage to Ariana, Lion allows his mistress to pleasure him for a few minutes but then he pushed her away so some readers might consider this cheating. Personally I didn't mind or care lol I mean he even betrayed his king and lost his honor for Ariana so to me he was a smitten obsessed hero!
